NUMBERS 14:12 I will smite them with the pestilence, and disinherit them, and will make of thee a greater nation and mightier than they. 14:19 Pardon, I beseech thee, the iniquity of this people according unto the greatness of thy mercy, and as thou hast forgiven this people, from Egypt even until now.
This story is a foreshadowing of what God had planed for biological Israel latter......Here God was going to kill all of the Biological jews/Israel & start over with Judt Moses ...but Moses pleaded with God so God relented but this was his plan ALL ALONG except it would be Jesus that he started over with!!
The real problem is that people have absolutly no real idea what the gospel is...
They thought Messiah was going to kill everyone who was not a Biological jew in Israel, but Gods "humor" was to destroy all biological jews & START ANEW WITH JUST JESUS "THE SEED" (💥 Rembember God wanted to start over with just moses at Mt Sini But Moses pleaded with God.💥)

Excellent. I think one of the things that gets missed is Ephesians 1:12 - who the “we” is. You point it out in this article but in church pulpits it often becomes “we the church” or “we the elect,” depending on one’s beliefs. It helps to clarify the we and you.
Very helpful! I am in the midst of working through references to the law in Paul’s letters. (Berean) I started with the section of Romans 5 to the end of chapter 11. Most of the translations simply say ‘law’ regardless of what is referred to. (No wonder people get confused.) A couple distinguish law from Law. The only NT translation I have that speaks of Torah and law is David Sterns’ Jewish New Testament. I am wading in the water here, more like treading water. It is slow painstaking work . But I want to know for myself, both for the sake of knowing (to be honest) and because sooner or later this going to come up in discussions and I want to be sure I know what I am talking about. More correctly, what the New Testament is talking about. Plus there are a couple of things you talk about that I need to sort through in my head. I’ll be back with questions, you can be sure of it.
