I don't know how appropriate this is, but in my experience AI had provided better conversation on theology than most other Christians I know, most of whom lack the Biblical literacy I need for certain topics.
Now I know AI tends to be affirming whatever framework you bring with you so that could serve as an echo chamber. But rather than simply asking what a verse mean and accept whatever response it spits out, I usually direct it to the thoughts I've been building on my own to get a clearer articulation of the ideas and see how it can be developed further from there.
why would believers even think of going there OR using it?!?
I had the same ‘are you kidding me? Really?!?’ Reaction when I heard a Precept leader tell a class that the prayers to pray from Psalm 119:18; 33-40 before, during, and after while studying were just ‘mundane little prayer requests’ as she handed them out to the students.
I had shared a handout at a recent Precept leaders meeting.
Even though it was late, I went home and looked up the word ‘mundane’ with its antonyms. How could a person say YHVH’s word is mundane! Don’t they realize who they’re talking to? Who they’re asking to teach them?
It was a long time ago (1990s). Her husband and her were co-teaching ‘Marriage without Regrets. I prayed for them and hoped he would do the rebuking. 😉
I have the same reaction, thoughts about using AI!

AI means ‘artificial / fake’ intelligence . . .

Wow - but not surprised, time to rebuke sista!
